✈️ Your Flight Has Been Delayed - We've All Been There

Hi. I’m Ellen. And I’ve survived enough airport chaos to earn elite status in emotional baggage. How about you?  Lessons learned? They’re simple and to the point – like this mini-blog. A bloggette, if you will.

The Four Most Important Items To Pack - For Flight Delays

From being stranded in a snowstorm with only a protein bar and questionable Wi-Fi, to surviving a 12 hour, overnight, hey-let’s-just-sleep-at-JFK layover, or even worse, discovering my suitcase had taken a solo trip to Paris without me—trust me, I’ve learned what actually matters in a travel emergency.

So here it is. My hard-earned, no-fluff, must-pack travel essentials for when your flight is delayed, canceled, or flat out disconnected from your best-laid plans:

  • Travel Insurance – Because nothing says “seasoned traveler” like being prepared for the worst.🧾
  • A Change of Clothes – You’ll thank me when your luggage is rerouted to Iceland. 👚
  • Fresh Undies – Not glamorous, but neither is flipping them inside-out in a LaGuardia bathroom. 🤭
  • A Book – For when the airline app crashes and you’ve memorized the Cinnabon menu. 📚

That’s it. Four things. Easy. Pack them. Be smug later.

You’re welcome, gang. Travel well!
